hi, i am an expat currently in anhui,hefei. and would like to know more about on how to join or create an mc ,as i had lived in china for 5 years 8 months now, and thought about ways to get around this? or does china regulate this matter? well keep it up! china or the world motorcycles are mans best and only means of transportation
